Belgrade Arrival

Arrival to the airport and transfer to the city for sightseeing tour. Dinner with traditional music will be organized at the old bohemian quarter “Skadarlija”. Acommodation in 4 star hotel.Overnight Belgrade.

Belgrade

Your morning sightseeing tour includes the city’s main attractions: the imposing Kalemegdan Fortress dramatically situated at the joining of the Sava and Danube Rivers; the Republic Square and Mihajlova Street; Saint Sava Temple, the largest Orthodox Church in the city, and Tito’s Memorial. Enjoy dinner with local live music in a typical national restaurant in the old bohemian quarter of Skadarlija. Overnight in hotel.

Belgrade/ Zlatibor (180 km)

We start with a memorable nostalgic 15 km. ride on the old and narrow gauge steam train, “Sarganska Osmica”. Capturing breathtaking scenery through 20 tunnels, 10 bridges and as many viaducts, the trail cut its path through fascinating landscapes of Serbia and Bosnia. Zlatibor- Mokra Gora / Visegrad(BiH)  Old Bridge – Sarajevo (170 km)

After breakfast Cross River Drina bordering Serbia with Bosnia & Herzegovina. Nestled here at a particularly beautiful viewpoint is Višegrad. Višegrad has a famous stone bridge built by the Ottomans in 1571, by the order of the Mehmed Pasha Sokolovic.

Drive to Sarajevo and sightseeing tour: the old down town with preserved crafts and oriental architecture. 4*Hotel accommodation. Optional,traditional dinner in Bascarsija, the old quarter of Sarajevo –optional, traditional Bosnian meals. Overnight in Sarajevo

Sarajevo – Mostar – Dubrovnik (265 km)

After breakfast drive to Mostar and sightseeing tour – the newly rebuilt bridge over Neretva River, the old town, traditional handwork and filigree exhibition. Short leisure time, shopping and traditional branch / Bosnia kebab grilled meat/.Drive to Dubrovnik – the „Pearl of the Adriatic” and sightseeing :Stradun, Pile Gates, old part of Dubrovnik, Franciscan Monastery with its 14th century Pharmacy, Rectors Palace that once used to be the seat of the government of the Dubrovnik Republic, Lovrijenac Tower, Minceta Tower, Revelin Tower.

Dubrovnik

There is a walking tour of “Old Dubrovnik” this morning; the Rector’s Palace, Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column and the Sponza Palace. You will also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight.

Dubrovnik-Kotor-Budva (115 km)

After breakfast the trip begins passing through Herceg Novi – The first town on the west of Montenegrin coast. First stop is in Risan, a little town on the border of Kotor Bay, known for it’s archeological site with roman mosaics. Continue to Kotor. Visit of the old town, surrounded by 4,5 km long town walls and its cathedral from 12th century. Lunch in a restaurant, and transfer to Budva – the capital of Montenegrin tourism. Visit of the old town founded in 4th century B.C. Free afternoon, dinner and overnight in a hotel in Budva.

Budva – Cetinje-Podgorica- Shkoder (120 km)

Breakfast in the hotel, departure towards Cetinje, former capital of Montenegro. After the arrival to Cetinje, visit of the town and one of numerous museums of Cetinje. Free time for coffee, continue to Podgorica capital city in Montenegro, sightseeing tour and lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch proceed to shkodra,ancient city in Albania. Walking tour to the heritage center of the city where you can see the Watch Tower, Grand church and grand mosque etc. Accommodation in 4 stars hotel. Overnight in Shkodra.

Shkodra – Kruja -Tirana (130 km)

After breakfast visit to Rozafa Castle and its museum to learn more about the legend of the buried woman called Rozafat(lucky rose). This castle has been built since the II-nd century

Proceed to Kruja medieval town. This is one of the most visted towns in Albania also for the reason because its history is closely realted with the national hero Skanderbeg. Visit in the castle houseing the national Historical museum and the Ethnographic museum to get more info about the tradtions of the area. After that some free time at the typical bazaar for souvenir shopping. Late in the afternoon transfer to Tirana (the capital of Albania). Accommodation in 4* Hotel. Overnight in Tirana.

Tirana – Durres – Berat (120 km)

After breakfast in the hotel, depart for the sightseeing tour of Tirana, starting from the Skanderbeg square. Visit in the National History Museum with rich objects that prove the long history, E`them Bey Mosque, Clock Tower etc. Then continue to the main boulevard where are found the different ministries, Academy of Fine Arts, Main University etc. After Tirana departure trip to the ancient city of Durres, that is also the most important seaport in Albania. Visit the Amphitheatre, the biggest in the Balkan Peninnsula (capacity 20.000 spectators) with a rare wall mosaic, which belongs to the 2nd century A.D.

After lunch continue to Berat. UNESCO World Heritage city which is known as “the city of  thousand windows” to make known the 2400 years of history. Visit to the castle, built up on a rocky hill 260 m above the sea level. Churches here have survived within its powerful stony walls. With interest, is the church, which preserves wooden-engraved iconostasis, housing the “Onufri” museum. Visit to the other objects: Lead Mosque, Bachelor’s Mosque, Gorica Bridge and some of the dwelling houses of the 18th and 19th centuries. Afternoon the visit proceeds to the museum quarter Mangalemi and Gorica, Accommodation in 3 stars hotel. Overnight in Berat.

Berat-Gjirokastra-Saranda (225 km)

After the breakfast to the hotel, the tour will proceed to Gjirokastra city, which is part of world heritage protected by UNESCO. In Gjirokastra the dwelling houses have the form of medieval towers constituting a building ensemble with a characteristic architecture. Visit to the Castle and the Museum of Weapons. Proceed to Saranda accommodation in Brilant hotel 4*. Overnight in Saranda. Dinner at the restaurant.

Butrinti and Corfu Town, /UNESCO (80 km driving + 2 h by ferry boat)

Our Trip continues to Butrint Archeological park, a World Heritage Site- Visit new excavations of the  Roman Colony of Butrint. The trip proceeds to the port of Igoumenitsa  and part by ferry to Corfu.

Arrival and Visit in Corfu town World Heritage, Visit in the fortress and in the palace of Mon Repos King.

In afternoon visit in the old bazaar where there are many shops. Accommodation at the hotel.

Departure from Corfu

After the breakfast to the hotel, free time for leisure depending on the time of departure from Corfu.
